Most homes are $295–$445 incl. GST. Small single storey is $295, standard single storey $365, and double storey or large single $445. There's no call-out fee and pricing is free.
Why not just do it myself?
You can. But ladders are a leading cause of falls at home, and most DIY cleans skip the downpipes. We bring a two-person crew, flush and flow-test every downpipe, and send you photo proof.
Is it safe?
We always work as a two-person crew. We don't take on asbestos or old fibro roofs, box gutters or extreme heights.
What if the weather turns?
We don't work in rain or high wind. If the weather turns, we reschedule and text you.
How long does a job take?
About 2 hours for most homes.
Will you leave a mess?
No. Debris goes in your green bin and we tidy up before we leave.
How do I pay?
By card on the day. We never take cash, and never ask for PayID to a personal account.
What happens to the leaves?
They go in your green bin.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get to the gutters safely, you don't need to be there. Your photo report lands on your phone the same day.
What about my pets?
Please keep pets inside or away from the work area while we're on site. We'll text you before we arrive.
Do you clean solar panels or roofs?
Not yet. We stick to gutters, downpipes, repairs and gutter guard for now.
Does clean gutters matter for insurance?
Several major insurers say their policies don't cover damage related to blocked gutters, and expect homes to be kept in good condition. Our dated photo report is a useful maintenance record. Always check your own policy.
